At the Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan, a book of mourning has been opened, and the flag has been lowered.
Modern.az reports that Ukraine's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yuri Husyev, made a post about this on his social media account.
The diplomat stated that as a result of the Russian army targeting the civilian population in the settlement of Yarova, Donetsk region, at least 21 civilians were killed and more than 20 people were injured. In connection with this, flags are being lowered and books of mourning are being opened in all Ukrainian embassies and consulates.
