Some pages claim that the “iPhone 17” model is already on sale in Baku with the aim of deceiving people.
Modern.az reports that blogger Ramal Isayev wrote this on his social media account.
He stated that “Apple” will only start pre-orders for this model on September 12, and sales will begin on September 19.
“Apple” itself does not sell it, but some pages are already selling it. This is simply taking advantage of people's lack of information to present fake devices as original,” – the blogger noted.
R. Isayev also emphasized that the “iPhone 17” model shown in videos does not conform to the official design, and that the color and logo placement are different, stating that selling these fake devices for 6500 manats is clear fraud.
“In the official “Apple” store in Dubai, the price of the “iPhone 17” Pro model is 4699 UAE dirhams, which is approximately 2200-2300 manats. Even if customs and registration fees are added, it is much more advantageous compared to the prices sold in Baku”, - he added.
It should be recalled that a few days ago, "Apple" company introduced the "iPhone 17" mobile phone series to the public.
