The Chief of General Staff of Turkey, Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, will visit Azerbaijan.
According to Modern.az, Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu will participate in the commemoration ceremony to be held on September 15 at the Turkish and Azerbaijani Martyrs' Memorials, on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the liberation of Baku from the Bolsheviks by the Caucasian Islamic Army under the command of Nuri Pasha.
