“Meta” company is implementing a new security system on WhatsApp with the aim of strengthening user privacy.
Modern.az reports that the “TechCrunch” portal has published information regarding this.
According to the innovation, individuals and companies sending messages to users consecutively without receiving a reply will face certain restrictions. Thus, the new system is aimed at preventing spam and advertising messages. If an individual or entity repeatedly sends messages without receiving a reply from the user, this process will be automatically stopped after a certain stage.
The company stated that this function will be tested in several countries in the initial phase and will only cover accounts sending a large number of spam messages.
