The former official of “Rosatom” company, Vadim Titov, has been appointed head of the newly established Department for Strategic Partnership and Cooperation of the Russian Presidential Administration.
According to Modern.az, the relevant decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The decision to establish the new department was made on August 29. The department headed by Titov will primarily focus on relations with post-Soviet countries and African nations. The work of the new structure will be overseen by Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
Prior to this appointment, Vadim Titov was the Director General of “Rosatom - International Network” company. This company represents the interests of the state corporation “Rosatom” abroad and has regional centers in more than 20 countries. Titov has been working at “Rosatom” since 2009, and has led the international network since 2019.
