Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the most complex topic in the negotiations on resolving the conflict is the territorial issue.

The head of state added that issues concerning Ukraine's reconstruction, financial support, and security guarantees should be discussed with the participation of Western partners.
