The issue of oil and petroleum product exports from Azerbaijan to Armenia was recently (November 28) discussed in Gabala with Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.

Modern.az reports that Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan made a statement regarding this.

In response to an inquiry today regarding whether Yerevan and Baku have reached an agreement on fuel exports from Azerbaijan, the Deputy Prime Minister stated: "Yes, discussions have been held, and there are opportunities for cooperation.  The future direction of activities related to fuel is already within the framework of cooperation between private exporters and importers, and the terms of possible transactions will be market-based".
