Today, 23 people were arrested during an anti-drug operation in Turkey.
Modern.az reports that among them are Doğukan Güngör, known for his leading role in the series "Kızılcık Şerbet", and the well-known Turkish blogger Burak Altındağ (with 1.2 million Instagram followers).
The Istanbul Prosecutor's Office announced that the Istanbul Anti-Narcotics Crimes Unit arrested a total of 23 people, including Doğukan Güngör and Burak Altındağ, on charges of "possessing narcotics or stimulant substances for personal use, facilitating drug use, inciting prostitution, aiding and abetting prostitution, mediating prostitution, or providing a place for prostitution".
Currently, 36 people have been taken into custody as part of the investigation. In December, Mehmet Akif Ersoy, editor-in-chief of Turkey's "Habertürk" television channel, actress Ezga Eyüboğlu, known for her role in the TV series "Möhtəşəm Yüzyıl", and Sadettin Saran, president of Turkey's "Fenerbahçe" football club, were detained.
