Granddaughter of millionaire Aghamusa Naghiyev, Doctor of Philosophy in Historical Sciences Dilara Naghiyeva gave an interview to APA.

In her interview, she spoke about what step she would take if her grandfather's millions in Swiss banks were returned.

Modern.az reports that if the funds are returned, Dilara Naghiyeva announced her intention to fulfill her grandfather's wish to build 100 buildings:

"Returning the funds in British and Swiss banks is a very difficult matter. On numerous occasions, people have been found who wanted to help in exchange for a certain percentage. Over these 35 years, perhaps ten people have emerged, all of whom signed contracts with me and started working, but they couldn't achieve anything. However, if the funds are returned, I will not use them for myself. I have said that if the money is brought to Azerbaijan, I will have two buildings constructed from the percentage that I receive. And I will have fulfilled Aghamusa Naghiyev's wish to build 100 buildings", she said.

It should be recalled that Aghamusa Naghiyev was born in Bilajari in 1849. The businessman, who became wealthy thanks to Baku oil, built a number of structures in Baku, including the hospital that bears his name today. Aghamusa Naghiyev passed away in Baku on March 4, 1919.
