At Ganja State University (GSU), a public review was conducted for the examination session of the Fall semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.

Modern.az reports that representatives of Ganja City Executive Power, deputy Parvin Karimzade, responsible employees of the newspapers “Ganja's Voice” and  “Novosti Gyandja”, other media representatives, the university's faculty and staff, and  student parents participated in the media tour.

During the media tour, detailed information was first provided regarding the organization and conduct of the examination process. It was noted that, taking into account the requirements of the relevant order “On the Organization and Conduct of the Examination Session of the Fall Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year”, all technical and organizational work was carried out on time, necessary conditions were created to prevent external interference in the examination process and to allow students to demonstrate their knowledge, and modern cameras were installed in the auditoriums. Instructions for conducting the examinations were prepared and posted on the official website of Ganja State University (gdu.edu.az). To ensure transparency in the assessment of students' knowledge, an Examination Headquarters, an Appeals Commission, and a “Hotline” operate at the university. It was also noted  that, based on the agreement concluded with the “Ultra” company, other modules of the “EduMan Platform” – electronic journal, electronic Examination management, and other systems – are centrally applied during the examination session of the Fall semester.  Based on the technical assignment for the development of the Test Examination System at the university, the “Electronic Examination System” program stores the question database, test database, schedule of upcoming examinations, and information on past examinations used in the educational institution's  examination process.

Subsequently, the media tour participants closely observed the progress of the examinations in the auditoriums. In addition, they also familiarized themselves with the observation room equipped with special monitors for monitoring the examination process.

Finally, the media tour participants shared their opinions regarding the conduct and organization of the examination. The observers highly appreciated the conditions created for students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.

Student parents expressed their gratitude to Yusif Yusibov, the rector of Ganja State University, for ensuring objectivity and transparency in the examinations and for their fair organization.
