President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the approval of the "Regulations on the Electronic Competition Information System" and on amending the decree dated July 9, 2024, "On the Establishment of the Electronic Competition Information System".
Modern.az reports that, according to the decree, the State Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control Agency under the President must take necessary measures for the operation, organization of activities, and development of the System, and together with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, must ensure the inclusion of the System into the "Unified Register of State Information Resources, Systems, and Electronic Services" and the "State Register of Personal Data Information Resources and Systems", and the implementation of its state registration.
The Cabinet of Ministers, for its part, must resolve the issues arising from the decree.
