Fines have been established for making open calls to engage in prostitution by using an internet information resource or an information and telecommunication network, or for an agreement related to engaging in prostitution through public display.
According to Modern.az, this is reflected in the amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the new Article 524.2 added to the Code of Administrative Offenses, a fine of five hundred manats will be imposed for making open calls to engage in prostitution by using an internet information resource or an information and telecommunication network, or for an agreement related to engaging in prostitution through public display.
