The account opening process for legal entities at “Yelo Bank” has been digitized through “SİMA KYC”'s “Video Call” solution.
Thanks to the integration, legal entities can now open a business account completely digitally and securely, without visiting the bank. For this, after completing their registration on “Yelo Bank”'s website via the “Internet Banking” platform, the customer proceeds to the video call stage. At this stage, remote identity verification of the person is carried out using “SİMA KYC”'s “Video Call” solution. The identification process is performed based on biometric facial recognition technology. During the process, several forms of liveness tests are conducted. This ensures both the identification of the person and confirms that the process is conducted within a robust set of rules.
It should be noted that the “Video Call” solution, offered as part of the “SİMA KYC” product, was developed based on the demand created by banks and other financial institutions in the market. The solution ensures a secure video call process between customers and financial institutions. This system significantly simplifies the remote account opening process for new customers and fully complies with the requirements of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
