The total area of the village is 248 hectares. In the first phase, 334 houses were built on an area of 94 hectares. The houses have 2, 3, 4, or 5 rooms and are provided with modern communication networks – water, electricity, gas, solar panels, and high-speed internet. Asphalt has been laid on the internal village roads. A school building with a capacity for 624 students, a nursery-kindergarten for 220 children, a two-story administrative building, a market complex, multifunctional catering facilities, a medical point, and a sports and health center have been built. The historically used 'Əsgər', 'Şığı', 'Orta', 'Gülqasım', and 'Xəlifə' qanats, destroyed during the occupation, have been restored in the village. A park complex has also been built on an area of 4.4 hectares in Horovlu village. At the same time, walking paths have been laid from Flag Square to the market complex. Olive, plane, and Eldar pine trees have been planted in a 3.1-hectare green area.
Former internally displaced persons returning to their native lands expressed great satisfaction with the state care shown to them and conveyed their gratitude to the country's leadership for the modern living conditions created. The residents respectfully commemorated the dear memory of our heroic martyrs who bestowed upon us this historic Victory and liberated our lands from occupation at the cost of their lives, praying for God's mercy upon them. At the same time, the residents, wishing long life and good health to our veterans who showed bravery in the battles, stated that the revival in the liberated territories was made possible precisely through this sacrifice. They emphasized that the new life beginning in their native lands today is also the fruit of the Victory entrusted to us by our martyrs and veterans.
