Currently, in Surakhany district, on Airport Highway (near "Buta Palace"), demolition work is being carried out on another part of the metal structure that holds the electronic information-speed boards, which have completed their operational life.
Modern.az reports that the Intelligent Transport Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued a statement regarding this.
It was noted that due to the demolition work, a restriction has been imposed on the movement of vehicles from "Koroglu" metro station (from the overpass above Surakhany circle) in the direction of the Airport:
"Drivers are being redirected as an alternative route to Xanlar Alakbarov and 14 July streets in Surakhany district. During the period of the restriction, necessary measures are being taken by the traffic police for the smooth movement of vehicles".
