“The steps taken towards establishing peace in Gaza and the reconstruction of the region are linked to the initiatives of US President Donald Trump”.
Modern.az reports that these remarks were made by Milli Majlis (National Assembly) deputy Javanşir Feyziyev during his appearance on REAL TV.
The deputy stated that peace was achieved in Gaza precisely as a result of Trump's policies, and the initiative to establish a Peace Council is also associated with his name.
According to Javanşir Feyziyev, the funds to be collected through the established council will be directed towards the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
The MP noted that this mechanism could create a real opportunity for the region's revival:
“The funds to be collected through this council will enable the reconstruction of Gaza and the rebuilding of the city.”
