Within the framework of the Great Return program to the liberated territories, the next resettlement was dispatched on February 23 to the villages of Aşağı Oratağ, Heyvalı, Çapar, Çıldıran in Aghdara district.
Modern.az reports that the resettlement convoy dispatched from Tartar city consists of families temporarily settled in various parts of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. In this phase, 29 families - 141 people are being resettled to Aşağı Oratağ village of Aghdara, 17 families - 84 people to Heyvalı village, 7 families - 22 people to Çapar village, and 10 families - 46 people to Çıldıran village.
