Dr. Elshan Abulhasanli, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, has been appointed to the new position of Secretary General of MÜSİAD Azerbaijan Public Union.
Modern.az reports that he graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Baku State University (BSU) in 1987. Continuing his higher education, he studied at Istanbul University.
Dr. Elshan Abulhasanli worked as a research fellow specializing in Oriental Philology at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), and completed his postgraduate studies at ANAS.
During his scientific career, he published scientific articles in newspapers and journals in Azerbaijan and Turkey, and authored several books.
From 1995 to 2025, he served as Deputy Chief Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of Turkey in Azerbaijan.
