In the Baku-Absheron area, the cheapest land plots for individual housing are currently in the territory of Güzdək settlement.
Elnur Azadov, an expert on property matters, stated this in his statement to Modern.az.
He noted that, also in some areas of Zirə and Türkan, land plots are cheaper compared to other suburban villages and settlements:
"In these areas, agricultural land plots are cheaper. However, as I mentioned, in the last year, the cheapest land plots are in the Güzdək area. Currently, although the price of one sot of land in Güzdək varies between 700-1000 manats, there is no stability. The price increase continues".
The expert added that, in the areas of Güzdək supplied with utility services, prices for 1 sot of land are in the range of 1000-2000 manats. Also, in the area called Atyalı and the outer parts of Müşfiqabad settlement are relatively cheap in terms of price.
