On the Quba-Baku road, a truck driver transporting construction materials is dissatisfied with the fine issued for the vehicle he was driving.
Modern.az reports that Faiq Shahvaladov says his cargo is legal and there is no fine.
Faiq Shahvaladov says that he drove a "Daf" truck with license plate number 77 RB 544. The fine was issued to him in August 2025.
The driver, who claims to receive 40 manats for each trip, also states that since then, a penalty fee has been added to his fine. (Khazar TV)
