On February 27, 2026, the State Examination Center will conduct the next examination for taxi passenger car drivers who have undergone special training. On the same day, an examination will also be organized to assess the training level of drivers engaged in international cargo transportation.
According to information obtained by Modern.az from the State Examination Center, a total of 1679 people have registered to participate in the examinations.
For the conduct of the examination, 3 general examination supervisors, 20 hall administrators, 116 invigilators, and 14 access control personnel have been assigned.
The examination for taxi passenger car drivers who have undergone special training will be held at the electronic examination building of the State Examination Center (Baku city, Binagadi district, S.S. Akhundov, 50, next to TÜRKPA), and at the Ganja and Barda Regional divisions of SEC. The examination for drivers engaged in international cargo transportation will be held at the electronic examination building of the State Examination Center. It is necessary to arrive at the time indicated on the admission ticket for the examination.
Examination participants will have the opportunity to view their results upon completing the examination or when the allotted time for the examination expires. The results will also be posted on the SEC website.
Candidates can print their “Examination Admission Ticket” through the "Printing Admission Tickets and Results for Electronic Examinations" service. Participants must be in front of the examination building at the time indicated on their "Examination Admission Ticket".
When coming to the examination, candidates must present their "Examination Admission Ticket" and the original of their identity card. If one of the specified documents is missing or if there is an inconsistency between them, the candidate will not be admitted to the examination.
The examinations will last 1 hour. During the examination, taxi passenger car drivers will be presented with 20 test questions covering the special training program, ethical conduct, and normative legal acts regulating passenger transportation by motor vehicles, while drivers engaged in international cargo transportation will be presented with 25 test questions on professional competence. Each correct answer is evaluated with 1 point. Incorrect answers do not affect the result of correct answers. Taxi passenger car drivers who score 10 or more points, and drivers engaged in international cargo transportation who score 15 or more points, are considered to have successfully passed the examination, and they will be issued relevant certificates.
