The Azerbaijani people commemorate the memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide.

According to Modern.az, since the morning of February 26, citizens visiting the "Mother's Cry" monument express their respect for the victims of the tragedy by placing fresh carnations in front of the monument.

Among the visitors are state and government representatives, as well as public and political figures.
