An administrative protocol has been drawn up regarding Jalə Əhmədova, the head of the "IDDO Mental Health Program" Public Union.
Modern.az reports that the protocol was formalized under Article 539.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Obstruction of the activities of the relevant executive authority exercising state control over compliance with labor legislation).
According to the decision, Jalə Əhmədova was fined 2,000 manats.
It was reported that one of the employees working in the public union appealed to the State Labor Inspectorate Service regarding the violation of labor rights.
The Service sent an official letter to the public union regarding the matter, demanding the submission of documents related to the citizen mentioned in the complaint within 7 working days.
However, these documents were not submitted to the service within the specified period.
For this reason, a protocol was drawn up by the State Labor Inspectorate Service under Article 539.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
It should be noted that J. Əhmədova was appointed advisor to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in 2024. ("Teleqraf")
