Starting from 11:00 on February 27, 2026, the electronic document submission stage of the director recruitment process for 69 state general education institutions with vacant director positions will commence. Candidates can register electronically by accessing the link //miq.edu.az/direktor until 17:00 on March 6, 2026.
Modern.az reports that the State Agency for Preschool and General Education has released information on this matter.
It has been announced that the process is carried out by the Ministry of Science and Education in a centralized manner through a competition via software. The competition will consist of selection and interview stages.
After the accuracy of the information and documents submitted by candidates is verified during the selection stage, candidates will be admitted to the interview stage of the competition. The vacant positions presented through the system refer to data as of 20.02.2026.
Candidates will be invited to the interview stage in sequence, in accordance with the rules.
The interview stage will be conducted by relevant commissions established by the Ministry of Science and Education.
Candidates will be evaluated in the interview on their leadership and strategic management, pedagogical and teaching, administrative and organizational, communication and interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making, digital and technological, as well as social and emotional skills.
Each candidate will be able to view the results through their “Personal Page”.
Labor relations with candidates who successfully pass the competition will be formalized in accordance with the procedure established by law.
