Residents of Amankand village in Bilasuvar district have been suffering for many years from a number of social problems.
Modern.az reports that citizens who contacted Baku TV's hotline stated that they were deprived of natural gas and that the village road had become unusable.
"My brother-in-law's wife was pregnant; the woman died on the road"; "The ambulance did not take my daughter-in-law, saying the road is difficult, I am afraid" - residents voiced their complaints.
Another resident stated that gas had not been supplied to the village for four years:
"We burn animal dung. We have sick people, children, it's impossible to stay at home. We have complained many times. If they don't help, they should relocate this village. How are we supposed to live here?!"
