It was reported that, according to data as of 15:00 on February 27, rainy and windy weather conditions are observed across the country.
In some areas, an easterly wind is blowing, with maximum wind speeds intensifying to 28 m/s in Ganja, 24 m/s in Naftalan and Shamkir, 23 m/s in Goranboy, 21 m/s in Julfa, as well as in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 20 m/s in Salyan, Sabirabad, Tovuz and Neftchala, 18 m/s in Salyan, Sheki and Ismayilli, 16 m/s in Aghstafa, Gobustan and Hajigabul, and 15 m/s in Shamakhi.
Rain is falling in Nakhchivan, Sharur, Shahbuz, Julfa, Sadarak, Naftalan, Shabran, Gusar, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Tartar, Barda, Beylagan, Lankaran, Astara, Aghdam, while snow is falling in Khinalig, Ordubad, and Shahdag.
Fog is observed in Dashkasan, Saribash (Gakh), Gobustan, Guba, Gusar, Khizi, Griz, Lerik, with visibility limited to 500 meters.
