A sub-paragraph with new content has been added to the Charter of the "Icherisheher" State Historical-Architectural Reserve Department, approved by Decree No. 1573 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 7, 2017.
Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a relevant Decree on this matter.
Thus, according to the new sub-paragraph 3.1.16-3, the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve, in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments", must permit demining activities to be carried out in the area where immovable historical and cultural monuments are discovered when demining activities are carried out in the territories of the reserves.
