The confiscation of 35 movable and immovable properties worth approximately 1.2 billion drams has been demanded from Armenia's former Minister of Education Levon Mkrtchyan.
Modern.az , referring to the Armenian Prosecutor's Office, reports that the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the Prosecutor's Office's claim regarding the confiscation of illegally acquired property.
Within the framework of the claim, the Prosecutor's Office demands from Mkrtchyan the confiscation of 26 illegally acquired properties, seven vehicles, the shareholdings of five legal entities, and the remaining 893.5 million drams.
In addition, the office insists on the return of 276.1 million drams whose origin has not been confirmed by legal income.
