As a result of measures taken by police officers, 34-year-old Orkhan Guluzade, suspected of committing the act, was detained.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and a pre-trial detention measure has been chosen against O. Guluzade by court decision. Investigations are ongoing.
