The Head of Neftchala District Executive Power, Mirhasan Seyidov, held his next mobile reception with the residents of Hasanabad settlement in Neftchala district. The mobile reception was attended by responsible employees of the District Executive Power, heads of law enforcement agencies, departments, enterprises and organizations, members of martyrs' families, war participants, and representatives of the rural community.
Modern.az reports that, first, the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and military personnel who were martyred during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence, and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan was honored with a minute of silence.
During the mobile reception, the representative for the Hasanabad settlement administrative-territorial district delivered a speech, presenting a detailed report to the participants on the socio-economic situation of the village, the employment status of the population, infrastructure provision, and the landscaping and construction works carried out in the settlement area during 2025.
The speakers provided detailed information to the participants on the topic “Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva is an exemplary figure of modern Azerbaijani women, a symbol of kindness and compassion.” It was stated that when we look at the pages of Azerbaijan's ancient history, we see that women have played a significant role, alongside men, in state-building, political decision-making, and the organization and progress of cultural processes at all stages of our society's development. The role of women, their social activity, and participation in state governance in modern Azerbaijani society are expanding year by year. One of the brightest examples of this development is the multifaceted activity and high moral qualities of the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, public and political figure Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva. Her activity shapes the image of a modern Azerbaijani woman who is both committed to national values and globally minded. He also spoke about the importance of the mission to restore the national and moral values and rights of the Azerbaijani people. He emphasized that Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev gave serious instructions in this regard during his meeting with members of the Western Azerbaijan Community. During the mobile reception, citizens raised appeals concerning the repair of the internal road within the settlement, the laying of a drinking water pipeline to the settlement area, the thorough renovation of the Shamsaddin Orujov Full Secondary General Education School, employment provision, and other social issues. The raised issues were heard individually for each appeal, discussed in detail, and relevant instructions were given to the appropriate institutions for their resolution.
Citizens expressed their gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and First Vice-President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, for the high attention and care shown, as well as for the landscaping and construction works carried out in the district.
