Qatar and Kuwait have stated their readiness to take control of Armenia's railway.
Modern.az reports that Pashinyan stated at a government briefing that the issue could be discussed with various partners. The principle is that if control were to be given to someone else, it would only be given to a country that has good relations with both Armenia and Russia.
"We want to talk to our Russian partners; we must negotiate and communicate. Breaking an agreement is always bad, and our interstate and personal relations deter us from such a path. On the contrary, they facilitate discussions in a calm and friendly atmosphere," said the Prime Minister of Armenia.
