Jelka Cvijanović, member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, addressed a letter to President Ilham Aliyev.
Modern.az reports that the letter states:
“To His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Your Excellency,
Regarding the attacks carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I express my full support and solidarity with you. We consider these attacks to be absolutely unacceptable and a cause for deep concern. These attacks pose a serious threat to regional stability and security. Under your leadership, Azerbaijan has pursued a consistent policy aimed at promoting stability, development, and cooperation in the region, which makes such actions particularly unjust.
In these difficult circumstances, we once again affirm our firm solidarity with Your Excellency and the friendly people of Azerbaijan.
I eagerly await my upcoming visit to Baku and our renewed meeting. I consider this meeting an important opportunity to further strengthen the friendly relations and cooperation existing between our peoples.
Your Excellency, please accept the assurances of my highest consideration.”
