The evacuation of the staff of Azerbaijan's Consulate General in Tabriz, Iran, has been completed.
Modern.az reports that Aykhan Hajizada, head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, stated this.
Aykhan Hajizada noted that a large part of the staff of our embassy in Tehran has also been evacuated.
It should be noted that yesterday, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced at a joint press conference with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Mihai Popșoi, in Baku, that instructions had been given regarding the evacuation of the staff of Azerbaijan's embassy in Tehran, as well as its Consulate General in Tabriz.
