Information was received by the police regarding the theft of a passenger's wallet containing 200 manats in one of the route buses operating in Baku city.
Regarding this, information was provided to Modern.az by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was reported that, based on the received information and measures carried out by police officers, 44-year-old Cəlaləddin Abdullazadə, suspected of pickpocketing and previously convicted multiple times, was identified and detained.
During investigations, it was revealed that the pickpocketing act committed by the person on the bus was recorded by security cameras.
Investigations regarding the incident are ongoing.
