“Startup Week” was held in the Innovations Department of Ganja State University (GSU) within the framework of “Science and Innovation Month”. On the first day of the event, Pervin Karimzade, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations of GSU, Member of Parliament, spoke about the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in the development of science and gave advice to students in this direction.
During “Startup Week”, Razim Aliyev, Head of the Department for Transfer and Marketing of Innovation Technologies, and Kamran Yusibov, an employee of the department, conducted trainings for participants on topics such as innovation, types of innovation, startups, business models, product creation, design, etc.
At the same time, during “Startup Week”, meetings were organized with the members of the university's “ENACTUS” team. During the meetings, issues related to participation in this competition were discussed, students' opinions were heard, and an exchange of ideas was held regarding the ideas to be submitted to the competition.
