Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has awarded another of our compatriots.
According to information from Modern.az, Azerbaijani fighter Emin Hasanov was awarded the "For Courage" order.
According to information, Emin Hasanov has been voluntarily serving in the Ukrainian army since 2015. Since Russia's full-scale military aggression against Ukraine in 2022, he has been on the front line with a weapon in hand. Our compatriot, whom his fellow fighters nicknamed “Turk", showed heroism in the defense of Kyiv, as well as in the directions of Donbass, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv. Despite being severely wounded several times, he returned to the front line, to the unit he commanded, after receiving treatment.
