The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the chargé d'affaires of the Russian embassy and presented an official note regarding a Russian helicopter's violation of the country's airspace.

The information states that on September 7, a Russian Mi-8 helicopter entered Estonian airspace without permission near Vaindloo Island and remained there for approximately 4 minutes.
According to Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, this is another serious and regrettable incident. According to him, this is the third violation this year.
