David Aloyan, an ethnic Armenian, has been appointed as the new deputy secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council.
Modern.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a relevant decree in this regard.
It should be noted that the secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council is Rustem Umerov.
