It is alleged that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan secretly purchased a mansion in Canada.

Modern.az reports that the information was published by the Canadian publication "Times of Canada".

According to the publication, this villa, named “St. George”, located approximately 35 minutes from Toronto, was built in the style of a French castle. It is alleged that the true buyer of the mansion, which was reportedly sold for 17.1 million dollars at the end of 2024, is Pashinyan, acting through a “shell company”.

The villa's area is 2600 square meters. The mansion features 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an indoor pool, a gym, and 5 garages. Additionally, the building has been used as a filming location for the famous series “The Boys”.

In the purchase and sale process, the name of Arsinée Khanjian, a well-known Armenian-Canadian actress and human rights defender, is mentioned as an intermediary. She was an active supporter of the “Velvet Revolution” that brought Pashinyan to power in 2018 and later acquired Armenian citizenship. It is alleged that Khanjian established legal companies for the acquisition of this property and coordinated the purchase and sale documents to prevent Pashinyan's name from being revealed.
