Russian President Vladimir Putin manages the state from three bunkers.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by "The Wall Street Journal" newspaper.
The publication wrote that the bunkers are located in various regions of the country and all are designed in the same style. According to the information, details about Putin's current location are not known to state officials and special services.
None of the bunkers have windows, and details such as the lacquered writing desk on the table, a pen holder with a two-headed eagle motif, and a sharp-tipped pen placed near it are exactly the same every time.
According to information provided by officials, these building-conference halls, located in areas from the Georgian borders to the Ural region, are managed via video calls and systems not connected to the network.
According to the investigation, Putin very rarely uses a mobile phone and does not access the internet much. Meetings are mostly held in video conference format, monitors are on stands, and cabinets are not connected to the network. An encrypted system ensures the President's calls.
"The Wall Street Journal" writes that these bunkers are used in wartime conditions, especially for issuing orders on the Ukrainian front and maintaining internal control in Russia.
Attempts to obtain official comments from the Russian government on the matter were unsuccessful, and the Kremlin's press service neither confirmed nor denied the claims, calling them “rumors.”
