On the evening of September 13, a series of explosions occurred in Ukraine's Kyiv region.
Modern.az reports that the Kyiv Regional Military Administration released information about this.
"No Russian aerial targets were recorded within the Kyiv region, and no air raid alert was issued. Emergency services personnel are working at the scene. All necessary measures are being taken. More detailed information will be provided later", the statement said.
