Israel's MOSSAD intelligence service has information regarding the exact location of highly enriched uranium reserves in Iran and is ready to intervene should Tehran attempt to use these reserves.
Modern.az reports that The Jerusalem Post published this information, citing anonymous sources.
According to MAQATE's statement, prior to the airstrikes carried out by the US and Israel in June, Iran possessed 440.9 kilograms of uranium enriched up to 60%, which is very close to the level required for weapons production. MOSSAD has declared that it knows the location of the reserves and is ready to respond to any “dangerous step” by Tehran.
Last week, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi noted that after the airstrikes, a portion of the highly enriched uranium remained under the rubble. MAQATE, in turn, expressed serious concern that this situation has led to a loss of control over Iran's nuclear activities.
According to leaked information from Israeli defense institutions, even if Tehran immediately begins to restore the damaged components of its nuclear program, it would need at least two years to attempt to produce a nuclear weapon.
"The Jerusalem Post" writes that MOSSAD head David Barnea sent hundreds of agents to Iran during a 12-day special operation. Among them were Iranian dissidents. As a result of the operations, radar platforms, ballistic missiles, and other targets were identified, and subsequently, the Israeli Air Force struck those facilities.
