Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced two scenarios for his country.
Modern.az reports that one of these scenarios is the termination of the war, and the other is covering war expenses of 120 billion dollars in 2025.
Speaking at a joint press conference with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola in Kyiv, Zelensky stated that half of this amount, i.e., 60 billion dollars, is provided by the Ukrainian budget:
“I have to find the remaining 60 billion for next year. I hope we will end this war. In any case, plan "A" is to end the war. Plan "B" is 120 billion dollars, and this is a big challenge.”
European Parliament President Metsola, in turn, declared that the European Union will continue to support Ukraine and that the country's future lies within the European Union:
“You will never be alone on this path. We will only increase our determination and support.”
