The fall in oil prices could lead to the end of the Russia-Ukraine war.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by US President Donald Trump.
He spoke about this during a press conference with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Trump emphasized that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin disappointed him regarding the resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
"The United States has resolved seven wars through settlement. Given my relationship with President Putin, I thought this (the Ukraine war – ed.) would be the easiest option. But he disappointed me. Let's see what comes of this," he said.
