Reports have circulated in the Turkish press that US President Donald Trump's son visited Istanbul.
Modern.az reports that the younger Trump is said to have also met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The information was first disclosed by Özgür Özel, the leader of Turkey's main opposition, the Republican People's Party.
It is claimed that the younger Donald Trump met with Erdoğan at Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul.
Sources from the "Middle East Eye" publication also confirmed that the US president's son indeed met with Erdoğan. It is noted that the younger Trump visited Turkey with several businessmen.
The details of the visit have not been disclosed.
