Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the nation in a video message.
According to Modern.az, Netanyahu stated that the military campaign is not yet over.
"We still face significant security challenges. Some of our enemies are trying to recover and attack us again. We will overcome this," Netanyahu stated.
He added that victories also create great opportunities.
"By working together, we will overcome challenges and seize opportunities," the Israeli Prime Minister stated.
He recalled the promises he made during his visit to the families of the hostages, and thanked Israeli soldiers and the families of those who died.
Netanyahu described the upcoming event as “historic” during his speech on the eve of the release of Israeli hostages.
“I know there are many disagreements among us. However, I hope that in the coming period we have every reason to set them aside, because with our joint efforts we have achieved impressive victories that have astonished the entire world,” the Israeli Prime Minister stated.
