Famous lawyer Alexander Kochubayev has been detained in Armenia.
Modern.az reports this, citing the publication “24News”.
According to preliminary information, his detention was caused by his recent social media posts criticizing the authorities.
The lawyer was taken in an unknown direction by employees of the National Security Service from in front of the building where the trial of the members of the "Holy Struggle" movement was being held.
It should be noted that Alexander Kochubayev was the lawyer for Levon, the son of former president Robert Kocharyan.
