The longest shutdown in US history (government closure) has ended.
Modern.az reports that, after the Senate approved the government funding bill by a majority vote a few days ago and the House of Representatives did so today, the bill was signed by President Donald Trump.
The bill provides for government funding until January 30.
The shutdown, which lasted 43 days since October 1, has gone down in US history as the longest shutdown.
