Tense moments were experienced at the parliamentary session dedicated to the discussion of the 2026 state budget draft, with the participation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Modern.az reports that, Pashinyan, protesting the inability of the session to start, nervously closed his laptop lid and criticized Speaker Alen Simonyan for failing to ensure a quorum.
Reportedly, due to the absence of a sufficient number of deputies from the ruling faction in the hall, the session was postponed for 20 minutes.
