On the West Bank of the Jordan River, approximately 50 Hamas members have been arrested by Israel's internal security service (Shin Bet).
Modern.az , referring to foreign media, reports that the arrested individuals were reportedly planning armed attacks.
Hamas members were arrested as a result of 15 operations carried out in recent weeks by the Israeli army and Shin Bet.
Firearms were discovered and confiscated from the Hamas members.
“One of the terror networks was at a high level of readiness to carry out attacks in the near future”, - it was noted in Shin Bet's statement.
It should be noted that the ceasefire regime achieved between Israel and Hamas is currently in effect.
